Return Goods Authorization

Any products returned to Heritage Pewter must include a packing slip and an order number issued by Heritage Pewter. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package, or the return will be refused.

All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped prepaid, as Heritage Pewter does not accept C.O.D. returns. All return claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt. Heritage Pewter is not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Please note: Any non-defective product returned for a refund will be charged the original shipping costs incurred by Pewter.com.
